April Action

Time flies when you're having fun and we have kept super busy in April!  Lots of school events and the Easter holiday provided the backdrop for some great family experiences.  By the time the month had ended both Jordan and Taylor had gone to the school fair, performed at a variety of assemblies, and completed all the rights of Easter passage.  We are plowing ahead to our Florida vacation and are < 6 weeks from taking the big drive to Orlando.  It was a great month!

Stormy skies...A major hail storm shook our house to its core - the girls slept right through it!  Pea and golf ball sized hail have brought the need for a new roof.

More rainy weather pushed many of the activities at the Purfoy Spring Fair indoors but that didn't stop Jordan from getting 5 strait bean bags into their targets - she was one of the youngest to win a t-shirt, but turned the trophy down for a lollipop - we are working with her on prize selection!

The highlight was face painting - Mom waited in this line for close to an hour to make this picture happen!

Mid month we had a HOA event at the pool - Jordan scaled this tree as Taylor longed to enter the pool

OK girls - it's just warm enough to put your toes in...

Taylor decides to stomp and get wet!  Her excuse was that, "she was having too much fun and got carried away."

 

Easter brings traditions and the girls love coloring eggs...
