For summer vacation we were headed back to the Florida Panhandle - but this time we stayed off Highway 30A in Seaside. After a tough 13-hour ride, slowed by multiple car accidents, backed-up lights, and the Mobile Alabama Tunnel, we were welcomed by blue water, white sand, and bright sun!

Every morning Dad had to wake up and make a mad dash to the beach to secure a front-row spot on the water - on the last day he was first out at a ridiculous 5:45am?!?!
Just minutes after Dad secured the Family's final day spot the floodgates opened and people literally lined the beach to aggressively claim their locations
We were blessed with amazing weather the entire week. All kinds of sun every day and rain was not a factor - we took it easy most days with long beach walks being a highlight

There were significant storms in the area the week prior to our visit and over a dozen drownings were reported due to riptides - our week started with red flags and some rough conditions!
By mid-week things calmed down
The girls retreat to the condo to get a break from the Sun and grab some lunch
As we walked the beach East & West, we saw some nice Beachfront Real Estate
In the evenings we would clean up, grab dinner, and head back to the beach
