"Everyman" & U90 Soccer Challenge

Jordan & Taylor have been busy with their favorite hobbies - here are some pictures from recent events!

The Griffin Theater UIL play was "Everyman in the Circus of Life"  Taylor shined in a feature part!  After months of practice and a 5 day snow delay it was time for the show...   

Taylor played the role of "Friendship" in a thought provoking performance

Everyman and Friendship went back & forth...

...the debate hinged on Friendship accompanying Everyman to the Spiritworld...

...the crowd reacted when Taylor dropped Friendship's trademark line, "Friends don't let friends get dead."

Winter Tournament season for Fusion

Game 1 - Thick fog rolled in during the opening match on an early Saturday morning

Game 2 was an exciting match with each team finding the net - Fusion finished Day 1 strong with a 3-2 victory

The morning match of the second day took us East to the middle of nowhere - our opponents had an ignorant crowd which was dismissed from the sidelines late in the match due to a racial comment aimed at the young referee - in the melee and just after the disruption Fusion conceded an unfortunate score and lost 0-1

The final match came late in the day after a 45 minute delay - it was a difficult opponent but Fusion hung tough - wind was a factor - after much back & forth again the team came up short 0-1

More Soccer & Theater to come as Jordan just made the 8th Grade Griffin team, has 2 full league seasons this Spring with Fusion (NPL/PPIL), and Taylor has a Spring play forthcoming!
