Happy Halloween from an unseasonably warm North Texas. We crushed the October record for average temperatures, made the most of the Indian Summer, and delivered on all the important milestones of the season. This is one of Jordan & Taylor's favorite times of year.
The girls enjoy some pony rides at the neighborhood Fall Festival - the 90+ degree temps had us questioning if it was really Fall at all...
Face painting is always a must do!
Six Flags trip # 3 - Mom & Dad had a Friday night date at Fright Fest - we enjoyed really short lines early and over indulged with a diet of Pandemonium, Mr. Freeze & the Batman ride. Piggy's Bloodshed Haunted House delivered some good scares and we must have been missing the twins since we found a pair of ghastly girls to take a picture with.
No trick here - Taylor celebrated October with a Home Run award for Growth Mindset
Everybody's hands got messy when we carved Pumpkins
Dad's Flaming Skull and Mom's Bat got rave reviews
Halloween party - Mom pulled off a great pre-party for the neighborhood kids - pizza & playing were on the agenda
Saber duel
Dad must have fetched these balls from over the fence a dozen times
The girls cleaned up with a huge haul - when the other kids tapped out before 8pm, J&T went out for a bonus round of candy collection and were greeted with generous neighbors and some full sized candy bars!
Happy Halloween!!!
