As the girls have adjusted to Kindergarten Mom & Dad are now adjusting to becoming Soccer parents! The Frisco Soccer League "kicked off" in early September and both Jordan and Taylor have been practicing their skills. We were not sure what to expect at the season opener vs. The Sugar Bees due to limited team practice time and temperatures soaring into the high 90's. What we found were two teams of determined young ladies working hard while parents lined the field with cooling towels and sun umbrellas. The 1pm start time extenuated the tough conditions but the Twins were determined to play hard and have fun. Thankfully the league doesn't officially keep score because the Bees were dynamite and well coached. The family had a great time and we've already had a second game vs. the Powder-Puffs and a few practices to sharpen our skills!
