We had a nice 8-hour window of time to fill in Cozumel so we went big on the outing. We got off the boat early and after a confusing walk from the Port, through a Mall, and into a well-placed taxi, we were on our way to connect with "Jorge" who would be our guide for the day
Shots from the Port
Envious children on our boat glared at the Disney ship parked next door
Hanging out in a random spot waiting for Jorge
1st stop was a 6-mile ATV trail up the coastline - Parents & children paired up and off we went
1st break for some scenic group pictures
More ATV action...
Next stop - Ocean views & Mayan Ruins
Check out the Iguana on the Ruins
After our amazing ATV adventure, we hit a Tequila tasting tour and shared some outstanding drinks along with a detailed sales pitch - Dad & Taylor enjoy a beverage upon arrival
Our sales guy kinda looked like Joey from Friends + Dad & Jordan share a toast
We were happy to have a ride to the beach after downing the Taquila on empty stomachs (responsible parenting- the girls did not drink that much ; ) We devoured Chicken Fajita's at a beachside restaurant, caught our second wind, and got some great beach time
Chilling on the beach & Taylor can't get enough snorkeling
Dad & Taylor go way offshore to see aquatic life (including a Starfish) while Jordan enjoys the beach chairs & umbrella
Cozumel was awesome!
The cruise was a hit and we enjoyed the food, entertainment, hospitality, and outings - it was a long break but we are back to close out the school year!
