Happy Birthday!!

It is so hard to believe that the tiny babies we brought home, what seems like yesterday, are 2! They have turned into toddler right before our eyes. We had a great time celebrating their birthday with them. We didn't have a big party but we sure did party!

Just a reminder of what we looked like last year...

The celebrations began at the petting farm and zoo. Which were both huge hits. The girls really like animals and can make lots of animal sounds! The day before their birthday we took them to the mall to ride the carousel and out to lunch ~ TGI Fridays. Brian wanted a place that would sing! It was perfect, they loved it - and we loved their free desert ;)






On their Birthday, Grandma and Grandpa came over for cake and gifts! I insisted on making their cakes (as my cake lady wasn't available)... They didn't turn out the way I imagined them, but they still taste good!! The girls had a great time opening their gifts, they really loved the baby dolls and strollers. Such girlie girls ;)





That night Dad surprised us all with a Mexican Fiesta - again he wanted a place that would sing! haha ~ and again I enjoyed their desert (sopapillas yum yum)




Wednesday we have a playgroup with the neighborhood, so we celebrated with cupcakes. We always look forward to hanging out with our friends on Wednesday!






This year went by in the blink of an eye. I can't wait to see what next year has in store for us!
